Thank you for supporting CARMIC.CON® – The American Itasha Association. Purchases and memberships help support our community, events, programs, and activities. Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a purchase or starting a subscription.
Merchandise Sales
All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for merchandise due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference.
If you receive an incorrect item, your order arrives damaged, or there is another problem with the fulfillment of your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@carmiccon.com. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Memberships & Subscriptions
CARMIC.CON® may offer memberships or other subscription-based services billed on a monthly or annual basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and charges but does not provide a refund or prorated credit for the current billing period.
After cancellation, your membership or subscription benefits will generally remain active through the end of the period for which you have already paid.
For example, if you cancel a monthly membership halfway through the month, your membership remains active through the end of that monthly billing period and will not renew the following month. If you cancel an annual membership, your membership remains active through the end of the paid annual term and will not renew for another year.
Subscription Refunds
Payments for completed monthly or annual subscription billing periods are non-refundable, including when a subscriber cancels before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds or credits may be provided when required by applicable law or, at CARMIC.CON®'s discretion, in circumstances involving billing errors, duplicate charges, or other exceptional situations.
Event Registrations and Fees
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, registration, application, participation, membership, or similar fees paid directly to CARMIC.CON® are final and non-refundable.
This policy applies only to payments made directly to CARMIC.CON®. Payments made to conventions, promoters, venues, ticketing services, or other third parties are governed by the applicable third party's policies as described below.
Third-Party Events, Conventions & Ticket Purchases
CARMIC.CON® – The American Itasha Association participates in, supports, collaborates with, vends at, and may organize community displays, vehicle showcases, or other activities within conventions, car shows, festivals, and events operated by independent event organizers and promoters.
Unless CARMIC.CON® is expressly identified as the producer and seller of admission for an event, CARMIC.CON® does not sell, control, administer, or guarantee admission tickets to that event.
Tickets, admission passes, VIP packages, parking, vendor fees, hotel packages, or other purchases made directly from a convention, venue, promoter, ticketing platform, or other third party are governed by that organization's terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and refund policies.
Any questions, disputes, refund requests, cancellations, postponements, rescheduling issues, ticketing problems, or other concerns regarding those purchases must be addressed directly with the event organizer, promoter, ticket seller, venue, or other party from whom the purchase was made.
CARMIC.CON® is not responsible for refunds, reimbursements, credits, charge disputes, event cancellations, schedule changes, admission decisions, or other obligations related to purchases made from third parties, even when CARMIC.CON® or The American Itasha Association is participating in, supporting, promoting, vending at, collaborating with, or hosting a community display or activity within that event.
The presence of CARMIC.CON® at an event, or our promotion of or participation in an event, does not make CARMIC.CON® the event producer, promoter, ticket seller, or financially responsible party unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by CARMIC.CON®.
The refund and cancellation policies of the organization that sold the ticket, admission, or service will apply.
Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Purchases made using promotional pricing, discount codes, special offers, or limited-time pricing remain subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy unless different terms are specifically stated with the promotion.

Members may cancel an eligible subscription through their account or membership settings when that option is available.
